Narcity Media is looking to hire a Client Partner for the Toronto Market. The Client Partner, reporting to the Client Partner Manager should have a passion for selling and want to help us grow our revenue as part of a rapidly growing team for the territory of Toronto!

You should be excited about sales, a go-getter, a self-starter, and a superb communicator. Someone who can utilize their network in the industry to drive growth within the region.

Your mission will be to directly impact our revenue growth in Ontario through facilitating relationships with clients, building campaign strategies, and maintaining client satisfaction.

1. Ensuring Smooth Business Relationships

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with Narcity Media’s portfolio of local, direct, and agency clients
  • Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favourable relationships
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Conduct periodical meetings and maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention

2. Strategic and Analytical Planning

  • Develop and prepare campaign strategy proposals that best fit the clients’ objectives, needs, expectations, and requirements
  • Identify upsell opportunities and suggest additional services to the client to keep growing revenue
  • Initiate projects with clients and work with internal departmental heads on approach as necessary
  • Develop thorough and well-written project briefs to equip internal teams to deliver a successful RFP pitch

3. Tracking the Performance of Narcity Media Inc.

  • Manage post-campaign due diligence, maintain client satisfaction, and grow the client business relationship
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Review campaign performance and develop recommendations and solutions to replicate campaign successes and overcome challenges

4. Working Closely with a Team

  • Liaise with Campaign Coordinators and other internal departments on the post-sale execution and implementation of campaigns
  • Continuous training, innovation, and curiosity for our different product offerings and what our competitors are doing

Track record

  • 3-5 years of experience working as a Client Partner (Accounts Manager) role within the media industry or Digital Marketing agency
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5 PM EST
  • Familiarity with CRM and DriveSuite is an asset

Position Type

This is a permanent position, open to candidates in Toronto, Ontario. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Salary Range:

$70 000 - $95 000
