Even if you don’t see any open positions right now, we’re always happy to discover new candidates who are motivated and passionate about digital marketing.

Here’s how we proceed, with complete transparency:

• You submit your application: a resume, portfolio, or a simple message introducing yourself.
• Initial conversation: If your profile catches our attention, I’ll reach out to you to discuss your background, your expectations, and the type of collaboration you’re looking for (full-time or freelance).
• • If you’re self-employed, we’ll agree on your hourly rate together to ensure everything is clear from the start.
  • If you’re applying for a salaried position, I may ask you to take a psychometric test and/or a technical test, depending on the role.
• I’ll share your profile with the relevant team (SEO, design, social media, development, etc.), along with key details such as your experience, availability, and areas of expertise.
• If everything looks promising, we’ll schedule a meeting (virtual or in person) to get to know each other and discuss next steps.
• For freelancers, if you pass the test and we hit it off, welcome to our network of collaborators!
• For job seekers, if your profile matches what we’re looking for, we’ll stay in touch and contact you first as soon as a position opens up.
