We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and relationship-focused Sales & Account Manager to join our growing Toronto team.

This role is focused on generating new business, expanding existing client relationships, and helping us continue to grow market share across the GTA. You will be responsible for prospecting, closing new opportunities, managing client accounts, and identifying upselling opportunities across our service offerings.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, being out in the field, and taking ownership of their sales pipeline while working alongside a strong operations team that delivers exceptional service..

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales & Business Development

  • Prospect and generate new commercial and residential business opportunities across Toronto and the GTA
  • Conduct onsite meetings, property walkthroughs, and client consultations
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and service recommendations
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Identify opportunities to upsell landscaping, garden, and property enhancement services
  • Help grow recurring revenue and expand market share

 

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build long-term relationships through excellent communication and service
  • Communicate with clients before, during, and after projects
  • Resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Conduct walkthroughs with clients upon project completion

 

Client Experience

  • Provide professional recommendations on gardens, planting, and property improvements
  • Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management practices
  • Photograph completed work and document project outcomes
  • Deliver a high standard of professionalism and customer care at every interaction

 

Location: Toronto

This is primarily an in-person, field-based role. While occasional work-from-home flexibility may be available, this position requires regular onsite meetings with clients across Toronto and the GTA, as well as daily collaboration with our operations team at one of our service centers 5 days per week.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales and/or account management experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of downtown Toronto and the GTA
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the GTA
  • Experience in landscaping, property maintenance, or snow removal is considered an asset, but not required

Compensation: $24.00 - $25.00 per hours + lucrative trailing commissions on every sale
