We are currently looking for motivated, hardworking team members to join our growing field crew. Each week brings variety and new challenges. You may be installing a new lawn, revitalizing garden beds, maintaining beautiful properties, or completing seasonal cleanups. Our crews work together to deliver exceptional results for our clients while maintaining a safe, positive, and professional work environment.

Pay: $21 – $27 per hour (based on experience)


What You'll Be Doing

As a member of our field team, you will work on a variety of landscape maintenance and enhancement projects across downtown Toronto.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Installing sod, plants, soil, aggregates, and mulch
  • Weeding, cultivating, and maintaining garden beds
  • Lawn cutting and trimming
  • Pruning hedges, shrubs, and small trees
  • Applying fertilizers and plant health treatments
  • Participating in team meetings and safety initiatives
  • Spring and fall property cleanups
  • Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of tools, equipment, and company facilities
  • Assisting with other landscape tasks as needed


What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and enjoys working outdoors as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Minimum two seasons of landscape maintenance or enhancement experience
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Commitment to safety for yourself, your teammates, and the public
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job including lifting, bending, using hand tools, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
