Job description - We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data/Research Analyst to support our Client Success team. This role is crucial for the creation, analysis, and interpretation of organizational health and 360-degree assessments, where you will apply strong statistical skills to identify key insights and create compelling client reports. You will also be responsible for upscaling and optimizing our current analysis software and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client profiles and engagement history within our database. We are prioritizing candidates graduating in April for a contract role with a strong option to convert to a full-time position upon successful completion of the initial contract and graduation.


Responsibilities - 

  • Assessment Creation and Analysis: Design, administer, and conduct in-depth statistical analysis of organizational health and 360-degree assessments. A strong asset is prior knowledge or experience utilizing Displayr for data analysis and reporting.
  • Survey Management: Demonstrate comfort and proficiency in using SurveyMonkey (or similar platforms) for survey deployment, monitoring, and initial data extraction.
  • Reporting and Insight Delivery: Transform complex assessment data into clear, actionable business insights and create compelling reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data System Upscaling: Actively participate in the upscaling and optimization of current analysis software and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and analytical capabilities.
  • Client Data Integrity: Maintain and update client profiles and assessment history in the central database, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present analytical findings to the Director of Client Success, translating technical data into clear, strategic recommendations.
