About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Golang Developer to help build the backend foundation of our stablecoin and crypto transaction infrastructure. This role demands a deep understanding of system performance, concurrency, and blockchain principles. You will be working on latency-sensitive components such as transaction processors, signature services, and event-driven indexers across Ethereum and BSV networks.

You’ll join a fast-paced environment where reliability, accuracy, and transaction integrity are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance Golang microservices for blockchain transaction handling
  • Build low-latency systems for minting, burning, and signing crypto transactions
  • Create and maintain internal tooling for UTXO management, nonce tracking, fee optimization, and event subscriptions
  • Integrate with blockchain RPCs, third-party APIs, and internal services with a focus on fault tolerance and retry mechanisms
  • Lead profiling, benchmarking, and optimization of Golang services (memory, CPU, GC tuning)
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure observability, alerting, and uptime SLAs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend development experience, with 3+ years in Golang
  • Expertise in designing concurrent, low-latency, and high-throughput systems
  • Strong understanding of blockchain architectures (UTXO, account-based), especially BSV and Ethereum
  • Experience interacting with full nodes, RPC layers, mempools, or broadcasting raw transactions
  • Solid grasp of database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis), message queues (Kafka/MQ), and caching
  • Proven experience profiling Go code and optimizing system bottlenecks (pprof, benchmarking, GC tuning)
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and production-grade deployment environments

Preferred (not mandatory)

  • Experience with crypto signing flows (ECDSA, Schnorr), MPC, or HSM integrations
  • Familiarity with blockchain scaling solutions (L2s, sidechains, optimistic rollups)
  • Exposure to protocol-level development or node customization
  • Past experience in FinTech, stablecoins, or DeFi products
