Key Responsibilities:

As the first of contact for our prospective and enrolled students, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming students and visitors with professionalism at the reception desk
  • Managing incoming calls and email inquiries and ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Maintaining and updating student records from admissions through to graduation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinating student accounts in our COBA system (creating accounts, uploading grades, managing documents)
  • Organizing course schedules and assigning students and teachers in COBA
  • Tracking attendance, collaborating with teachers, and following up on absences
  • Managing the college website and developing engaging content for social media platforms
  • Planning events such as open house days, campus visits, and student information sessions
  • Analyzing and generating reports on student performance and making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborating on national and international projects and partnerships that enhance the student experience
  • Maintain inventory and ensure necessary supplies are timely procured
  • Draft and format administrative communications and translate documents when necessary
  • Any other delegated responsibilities


Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in Administration, Communication, Education, or a related field
  • 2-3 years in an administrative or student services role, with experience in event planning and project management being a plus
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite) and experience with student management systems like COBA
  • Knowledge of web content management and social media is highly valued
  • French and English are a must as we have clients relationship located internationally
  • You excel in customer service, whether in-person, over the phone, or through written communication
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks, especially in managing student records
  • Organizational abilities as you can juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You take a proactive approach to improving processes and resolving challenges
