About the role

We are looking for a person to learn the ins and outs of the Meya platform and SDK. You will be responsible for technical customer support, building bots on the Meya platform, and expanding the SDK with new components.

Key responsibilities

  • Become an expert of the Meya platform and SDK
  • Debug & answer customer's technical problems by investigating logs and code reviews
  • Build bots for templates and customers as needed
  • Expand the SDK with new features and components
  • Create videos to demonstrate features and code


  • Intermediate-level experience coding in Python
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong at troubleshooting and debugging
  • Experience with writing documentation
  • Good at articulating complex solutions into something easy to understand


  • Experience working with customers
  • Excited about working in a start-up environment
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Biased towards simple solutions that meet requirements
