About the role

As our Support Engineer you will be on call to answer customer demands as needed. You will debug complex customer issues and write documents to support and help new customers in the future.



Key responsibilites

  • Learn the ins and outs of Meya's platform for building conversational apps
  • Debug & answer customer problems by investigating logs and code reviews
  • On-board new customers through setup and pair programming
  • Provide code snippets to customers
  • Write docs and guides

Qualifications

  • College/University Degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
  • Ability to code in Python
  • Experience working with customers
  • Strong at troubleshooting and debugging
  • Experience writing docs and guides
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good at articulating complex solutions into something easy to understand
