Senior Software Engineer
Meya is a customer experience automation platform that helps organizations better serve their customers via conversational interfaces on websites, mobile apps and more. Meya’s cloud-based platform reduces operational costs and expands capabilities while creating high quality, personalized experiences.
About the role
As an early member of the Engineering team, you will help create the platform upon which many customer experiences are built and new ideas are imagined. You should be comfortable and enjoy working with new and cutting edge technologies to solve complex problems.
- Design, implement, test, and maintain features in core systems within our platform
- Develop against our core infrastructure, including areas such as user management, authentication and authorization within our product.
- Rapid development on key features and customer-related requirements
- College/University Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
- Proficient in many coding languages including Python 3
- Experience with APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bonus: Familiarity with bots and conversational apps
- Bonus: Experience building customer facing platforms where code is shared and used by engineers both inside and outside the organization.
