The Purpose of the Role:

  • As a key member of the sales team, you’ll promote products and services as well as establish relationships with prospective customers, adding value to their e-learning experience.

The Things You’ll Do:

  • Actively participate in outbound calling campaigns to generate sales opportunities
  • Capture and qualify leads gathered from various sources (eg. trade shows, webinars, inbound calls, and other marketing initiatives)
  • Follow-up with existing contacts and develop them into sales prospects
  • Distribute leads and make qualified appointments for Sales Executives
  • Create and update lead generation emails and phone scripts
  • Update customer interactions through the CRM tool
  • Conduct market research and keep updated on product and industry knowledge, competitors, and industry knowledge
