The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Production Associate in the Embroidery Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside and learn from a team dedicated to excellence in apparel decoration.

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate in our embroidery department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring flawless execution and expert-level detail in our custom apparel decoration process.

• Project Estimation: Utilize key project information to accurately estimate the time and resources required to complete high-quality embroidery orders.
• Machine Setup: Set up embroidery machines and carefully select the appropriate thread and fabric stabilizers for each specific project.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Monitor machine performance to troubleshoot and report any mechanical challenges or needle/tension issues that arise.
• Production Communication: Provide timely and informative status updates on project progress to ensure seamless workflow integration.
• Problem Solving: Proactively utilize key resources and internal tools to resolve order challenges and technical discrepancies.
• Multi-Project Management: Effectively balance multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring peak efficiency without sacrificing the quality of the final stitch.

Who You Are

We're looking for a collaborative team player who  brings a great attitude and possesses an exceptional work ethic with a strong desire to develop a passion for apparel decoration.

Required Abilities:

• Embroidery Proficiency: Proven expertise in independently operating multi-head embroidery machines with the ability to manage the full production process, from complex fabric selection to technical troubleshooting, with minimal training required.
• Physical Stamina & Mobility: Ability to stand and move throughout the production floor for the duration of the shift, with the frequent need to reach, bend, squat, and safely lift or carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Problem Solver: Possess a solution-focused mindset and demonstrate good judgment when problem-solving.
• Equipment Operation: Ability to operate a variety of warehouse and office equipment, including a pull cart.

Desired Assets (A Plus, But Not a Necessity):

• Basic familiarity with print shop technology (e.g., Printavo, iPad, and Computer).

Availability:

• Available to work, exclusively, Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
