Project Manager Key Responsibilities

You are the linchpin that holds our projects together, ensuring that each phase progresses seamlessly. You work closely with our design teams, clients, and consultants to manage schedules, budgets, and resources. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the balance between creative ambition and practical execution, ensuring that our projects not only meet but exceed expectations.

On a given day, you may be:

• Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and work plans
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Managing project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations
• Reviewing shop drawings and conducting site visits to for compliance with construction documents
• Preparing Addendums & Site Instructions
• Facilitating communication between design teams and external consultants
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks to project timelines and budgets

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the design industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of project management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Experience working in a collaborative, creative environment
