  • Partner with clinical leaders, IT teams, operations, and quality/safety stakeholders to adapt and tailor AIMS functionality for maximum impact, and usability, and future innovation opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand AIMS use cases beyond current deployments (e.g., hand hygiene, elopement prevention), aligning with hospital strategic plans and patient safety goals and emerging needs for digital transformation.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary implementation teams (engineers, clinical specialists, product, support) to ensure milestone achievement, risk mitigation, and long-term success.
  • Define KPIs and generate executive-level reporting on outcomes, utilization, efficiency improvements, and regulatory compliance benchmarks.
  • Act as an ambassador of AIMS internally and externally, presenting to boards, government ministries and agencies, industry organizations and external stakeholders as needed to support broader adoption and highlight innovation in clinical safety and digital transformation.
  • Facilitate collaboration and shared learning with client teams to ensure aligned deployment strategies and innovation cycles, iterate improvement, and ongoing innovation cycles.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in digital health, hospital innovation, or enterprise technology deployment
  • Experience with AI-enabled clinical tools or healthcare IoT platforms is strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and digital health ecosystems
  • Proven track record of large-scale project leadership and cross-functional coordination
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with or within academic health science centres is an asset
  • Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset

Key Attributes for Success:

  • Strategic yet execution-focused
  • Empathetic leader able to bridge clinical, operational, and technical priorities
  • Strong data orientation with an ability to interpret and act on health system metrics
  • Committed to improving patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency through ethical and intelligent use of AI
