Role Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the following roles, responsibilities, and functions:

The Director / Senior Director, Emerging Technologies will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients and end-users derive maximum value from our AI-driven solutions. This leadership position involves strategizing and executing client engagement initiatives, optimizing user experiences, and working closely with cross-functional teams to align our offerings with market needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of workflows, AI technologies, and user experience principles.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for AIMS customer implementation and expansion.
  • Lead collaboration, innovation, and steering committee initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Undertake communication, marketing, and proposal-related activities to enhance brand presence and business development.
  • Provide leadership in corporate and client education, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and training.
  • Represent the company in key industry engagements, fostering partnerships and stakeholder relations.


Operational Responsibilities:

  • Manage a multi-disciplinary team handling client files and ensuring successful project execution.
  • Oversee site audits, construction, installation, and calibration of AIMS solutions.
  • Ensure seamless execution of education and training programs for internal teams and clients.
  • Drive operational efficiencies in service delivery and implementation processes.
  • Conduct activities in both French and English as required.


Financial Responsibilities:

  • Participate in, and initiate, business development efforts, including participation in management and leadership meetings.
  • Ensure financial accountability in project management and operational planning.
  • Develop proposals and contribute to revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Potentially eligible for commissions on self-generated opportunities.
