We are currently looking for an account manager who will work closely with various teams within the agency on different advertising, digital and design mandates. Your role will be to manage and coordinate 360 campaigns. You will act as the brand guardian and ensure that brand visions are respected at all times by everyone involved. 


Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of agency activities and client contact.
  • Manage the production process including coordination of meetings (internal and client), revisions and approvals (client and legal), estimate approvals, and work back schedules.
  • Manage day-to-day financial requirements including coordination of billing, budgets (BCR) and dockets.
  • Liaise with creative teams and internal resources to ensure that projects are running smoothly, on time and on budget.
  • Document all client and agency meetings in a timely manner.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of legal advertising regulations and guidelines specific to client business/category.
  • Ensure all internal departments have all necessary information, materials and elements in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with media/partners to meet all element requests and ensure all ad material is trafficked accurately and on time.
  • Able to lead small projects with supervision and provide support to the team on larger campaigns.
  • Ensure all clients’ requests are met in a timely and service-oriented manner.
  • Develop and write effective small project briefs under the supervision of the AS or AD.
  • Assist with the preparation of client presentations.
  • Keep the client and account team updated on the status of projects.
  • Monitor key competitors, maintain competitive and industry tracking/reviews.
  • Work with GAD, AD and/or AS to develop and maintain the profitability of accounts.

Ideally, you are someone who:


  • Has at least 2 years of experience and is a natural problem-solver. 
  • Is trilingual: you speak business, creative and digital. 
  • Has a passion for advertising, design, big ideas, creative product and strategy. 
  • Loves being the quarterback of any team you’re on and is comfortable handling multiple projects at the same time. 
  • Likes your days busy and full of twists and turns – which is perfect, since no one is more organized than you.
  • Is a team player and able to manage complex situations.
  • Is organized, resourceful and a skilled multi-tasker.
  • Is detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Is passionate about big ideas and innovation.
  • Is a born go-getter who takes initiative.
  • Has a keen interest in new trends and technologies.
