Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all engineering activities across programs, ensuring delivery against technical, schedule, cost, quality, and performance commitments.
• Partner closely with the Head of Programs to align engineering execution with program milestones, risk profiles, and financial targets.
• Collaborate with the Head of Capabilities to ensure engineering infrastructure, certifications, tools, and standards support operational and growth requirements.
• Work with HR to drive workforce planning, succession strategies, competency frameworks, and talent development across engineering teams.
• Steer engineering budgets and schedules, ensuring financial discipline, forecast accuracy, and effective resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain Engineering Management Plans (EMP) and ensure compliance with LCM processes and defense regulatory requirements.
• Act as Engineering Authority in customer engagements and bid activities, defining innovative technical solutions and managing technical risk.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams (Software Development, Software Engineering, EW, V&V), ensuring accountability and capability development.
• Establish standardized engineering governance, lifecycle processes, and risk management practices.
• Support executive leadership with additional strategic and operational priorities as required.
