Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage one or more high‑rise residential construction projects, ensuring delivery meets quality, budget, schedule, safety, and client objectives.

  • Collaborate with senior management, internal stakeholders, and project teams to identify resourcing needs, priorities, and project strategies specific to high‑rise delivery.
  • Maintain full responsibility for project budgets, cost plans, forecasts, and cash flow, ensuring financial performance aligns with project and company objectives.
  • Lead procurement strategies, trade partner selection, contract negotiations, and change management to optimize cost, quality, risk, and long‑term relationships.
  • Work closely with Superintendents to develop and manage detailed project schedules, sequencing, and logistics plans, including phased turnover and occupancy requirements; experience with pull planning and Lean construction methodologies is considered a strong asset.
  • Manage consultant coordination and regulatory processes, supporting permitting, inspections, and approvals required for high‑rise construction.

  • Ensure consistent implementation of LAURIN standard operating processes across all projects under your oversight.
  • Oversee commissioning, deficiency management, and handover activities to ensure projects meet or exceed client and end‑user expectations.
  • Support pursuits, pre‑construction planning, budgeting, and bid‑closing activities for upcoming high‑rise projects.
  • Lead post‑project evaluations and lessons‑learned sessions to promote continuous improvement and knowledge transfer.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide performance feedback to direct reports, supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and cultural leader, consistently representing LAURIN’s values and commitment to excellence.
