We are standing at the threshold of one of the largest reimagining of that tradition in history. We live in a time where this generosity can reach across the world in seconds and the technology to carry it is only beginning to catch up to the size of the heart behind it.

We already have a thriving Giving Ecosystem and an app our users are loyal to. Your work is to close the gap between like and love, and in doing so, help spark a movement of giving that captures the hearts and minds of Muslims everywhere.
This role is ideal for a product leader with strong B2C experience to work in a mission-driven FinTech platform. We are looking for someone who can hold both the soul of the mission and the rigor of the craft. You'll shape our next-generation products with a focus on leveraging AI to deliver smarter, more intuitive giving experiences: from discovering a campaign, to making a donation, to witnessing the impact it creates.
What You’ll Do
- Build a Donor-Centric Roadmap: Define and execute a product strategy that drives donor acquisition, conversion, engagement, and lifetime value, aligned with LaunchGood's growth goals and rooted in genuine care for the people who give.
- Lead the Product Lifecycle: Own donor-facing features end to end, from ideation to launch to iteration, partnering with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship experiences that feel effortless.
- Understand Donor Hearts: Conduct user research and market analysis to uncover what truly moves people to give. Translate motivation, spiritual, emotional, and practical, into a compelling product.
- Make Decisions with Data: Define KPIs and OKRs for donor growth, engagement, and retention. Use behavioral data, A/B testing, and funnel analysis to know what's working and double down on it.
- Perfect the Giving Experience: Continuously refine the moments that matter most: campaign discovery, giving methods, recurring donations, giving history, and impact reporting.
- Lead Go-to-Market: Partner with product marketing and customer experience on launch plans, positioning, and onboarding that help new features and donor programs truly land.
- Champion the Donor Voice: Be the internal advocate for every donor, carrying their voice into product decisions and company strategy.
- Elevate the Craft: Mentor others and grow a culture of experimentation, empathy, and product excellence in how we build, not just in what we build.
What You Bring
- Experience: 7+ years in product management with a focus on consumer-facing products, ideally in tech-enabled platforms, fintech, crowdfunding, or mission-driven services.
- Proven App Experience: You’ve led an app to be adopted and used by millions, with strong daily active user numbers.
- Muslim Donor Empathy & Product Intuition: You deeply understand what motivates Muslims to engage in charity and return, and you translate those insights into delightful, scalable experiences.
- Leveraging AI: You are up to date with the latest AI developments and how they can accelerate product development and effectiveness.
- Growth & Retention Focus: Proven success driving user growth and lifetime value through acquisition funnels, personalization, and re-engagement strategies.
- Strong Collaboration Skills: Skilled at working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and data to ship impactful product experiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with analytics tools like PostHog, and Looker. Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization is a plus.
- Fluency in UX and UI: Strong grasp of usability and intuitive design, with a track record of making complex flows simple for end users.
- Communication Excellence: Clear, concise communicator—able to articulate product strategy, rationale, and results to all audiences.
- Bias Toward Action: You move quickly with focus and purpose, and you’re comfortable iterating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fundraising, philanthropy, or nonprofit donor platforms.
- Familiarity with personalization engines, recommendation algorithms, or engagement/retention tools.
- Background in subscription, loyalty, or rewards-based models.
