Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, versatile Copywriter to help shape how LaunchGood communicates across every touchpoint. You’ll play a key role in refining our voice, strengthening our storytelling, and ensuring clarity and impact across web, emails, campaigns, newsletters and other marketing materials.

This role blends creativity with precision. You’ll craft compelling narratives that move people to action, while also editing and refining content to ensure it’s clear, aligned, and on-brand. You understand how to write with purpose balancing inspiration, trust, and performance.

What you’ll do

  • Execute conversion-focused copy across LaunchGood’s marketing channels, partnering with the Marketing team to deliver clear, brand-consistent, mission-aligned messaging that drives engagement and fundraising performance.
  • Contribute to social media copy when needed, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Design team to bring campaigns and features to life through strong messaging.
  • Maintain and evolve LaunchGood’s tone of voice across channels.
  • Review and refine existing content to improve performance, clarity, and impact.
  • Support marketing campaign launches with thoughtful storytelling that resonates with both Western and Muslim audiences.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail and clarity.
  • Ability to adapt tone across formats, from inspirational storytelling to conversion-driven messaging.
  • Experience writing for web, email, and other marketing collateral.
  • Understanding of brand voice and how to maintain consistency across multiple channels.
  • Comfortable balancing creativity with structure and deadlines.
  • Strong sense of audience awareness, particularly within both Western and Muslim cultural contexts.
  • Able to take feedback well and iterate quickly.
  • This position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
