Associate Program Fellow
Location: Remote (Must be able to work GMT hours) | Reports to: Senior Program Manager
The Associate Program Fellow at LaunchGood is an entry-level, fellowship role designed to provide hands-on experience in program and campaign management. Fellows will support the planning, coordination, and execution of our most impactful initiatives—including Ramadan, Dhul Hijjah, and GivingTuesday—while learning the fundamentals of strategic program delivery in a mission-driven organization.
This fellowship is ideal for someone eager to work in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and campaign execution, while contributing to meaningful impact across the global Muslim community.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
Program Support
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of flagship seasonal campaigns.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and progress to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide regular updates and documentation to the Senior Program Manager.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with teams across Product, Engineering, Growth & Revenue, Brand, Marketing, and People Operations.
- Help organize meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Escalate risks or blockers to ensure timely resolution.
Learning & Development
- Contribute to research and insights that inform future planning.
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc initiatives.
- Gain exposure to program management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Apply dashboard creation tools (e.g., Looker) to support reporting and program analysis.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Google Sheets) to track and present program outcomes.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Management, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in some sort of project coordination, internships, or relevant roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiar with using data visualization platforms & tools (e.g., Looker, Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with productivity tools (Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Notion).
- Interest in program management and willingness to grow.
- Passion for LaunchGood’s mission of empowering Muslims globally through impactful storytelling and crowdfunding.
