Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, creative Product Marketing Manager to help shape how people experience LaunchGood. You’ll connect our products, users, and brand—translating complex ideas into simple, compelling stories that drive adoption and engagement.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business Development to bring new features to life and make sure every launch resonates with our community.

This is a contract position from 1st December - 31st May 2026

What you’ll do

  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new features and campaigns.
  • Craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning for our products.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align launches and user communications.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Business Development to tell cohesive stories across channels.
  • Support product-led growth through improved activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Use data and insights to refine positioning and identify opportunities for impact.
  • Apply an understanding of LTV and CAC to guide go-to-market decisions and measure success.

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or a related marketing discipline.
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
  • Confident project management, able to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to keep launches on track.
  • Familiarity with growth and performance marketing principles to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Confident in ambiguity—you take initiative and drive clarity.
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity about what drives user behavior and adoption.
  • Passion for community-driven, mission-focused work.
