Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, multidisciplinary Marketing Designer to help shape and elevate the visual identity of LaunchGood. You’ll be the creative engine within our marketing team—owning key brand touchpoints and collaborating across departments to bring campaigns to life with clarity, craft, and intention.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role that demands both creative execution and strategic thinking. From landing pages and emails to motion graphics and social assets, you’ll design across a wide range of formats to amplify our mission and connect with our global community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Execution: Design and own end-to-end execution of high-impact assets across channels including email, social, landing pages, digital ads, videos, print materials, events, presentations, and more
  • Design Leadership: Be a creative thought partner for the marketing team—bringing proactive ideas, feedback, and execution to every campaign
  • Brand Stewardship: Champion consistency across all customer and user touchpoints, evolving and maintaining our visual identity
  • Data-Driven Design: Partner with the team to track performance of design work, test ideas, and iterate based on results
  • Systems thinking: Create and maintain reusable templates and frameworks that streamline production
  • Motion & Interactivity: Use motion graphics and tools like Builder (or similar) to create engaging visual experiences
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product designers, customer experience/bizdev, marketers, and developers to ensure designs are clear, aligned, and impactful.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced & Versatile: 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or graphic design with a strong portfolio across digital and traditional formats
  • Craft-Obsessed: You have exceptional typesetting and layout skills, care deeply about things like optical alignment and font contrast, and know the difference between an em dash and a hyphen
  • Master of Design Principles: Strong grasp of color theory, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Detail-Driven: You’re meticulous, spotting inconsistencies others might miss and polishing every asset until it shines
  • Proactive & Independent: A self-starter with initiative, proactiveness, and GRIT — you seek out solutions, propose ideas, and bring fresh thinking to the table without waiting for direction or answers.
  • Multi-Format Fluent: Comfortable working across formats—email, static and animated social, web, print—and adapting designs to fit any screen or surface
  • Collaborative: You communicate clearly, receive feedback well, and genuinely enjoy working across teams
  • Resourceful: You’re confident managing multiple priorities and thrive in environments where you’re trusted to take ownership.
  • Copy-Savvy: You have a strong sense of voice and messaging, can write short-form copy when needed, and know how to design with words in mind.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, illustration, or video editing and prior experience with Builder.io
