Overview: The Operations and Program Manager will play a central role in guiding and supporting the operational and strategic objectives of our organization, reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the Senior Strategy and Program Manager and Leadership. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills and a strategic mindset to manage key programs and initiatives, including annual planning, cross-functional projects, and long-term growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations, program management, and team collaboration, with a focus on driving efficiency, process improvement, and organizational alignment.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Partner with Leadership to strategize, prioritize, and deliver organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with teams to monitor, realign, and communicate progress towards annual and seasonal goals.
    • Ensure clear and efficient logistical communication across functions to achieve OKR alignment and to support in annual planning.
  • Program Management:
    • Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of major campaigns and programs, including but not limited to Ramadan, Dhul Hijjah, Giving Tuesday, and non-seasonal initiatives.
    • Devise, implement, and manage new programs to support strategic objectives, coordinating logistics and content for related on-site and virtual events.
    • Support cross-functional initiatives, collaborating closely to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Operational Oversight and Efficiency:
    • Manage day-to-day operational functions, implementing policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
    • Lead and oversee internal audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Manage the end-to-end software process, including procurement, user access reviews, and optimizations.
    • Develop, document, and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and output across departments.
    • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Finance, and other departments to drive operational success and support budget planning, financial controls, and reporting.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration and Process Improvement:
    • Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate clear communication, alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Engage in problem-solving, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and obstacles.
    • Lead change management processes, facilitating the successful rollout and adoption of company-wide policies.
  • Support and Ad-Hoc Projects:
    • Work directly with the Director of Operations on special projects and initiatives as needed.
    • Handle routine business activities, such as office lease management, insurance coordination, and compliance with legal filings.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Familiarity with budget management, OKRs, and risk management processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or program management.
  • Proficiency in operational tools and software relevant to program and project management.
  • Experience in budget planning, strategic planning, and process improvement.
  • Proven track record of team leadership and ability to drive company-wide initiatives.
