About Us:
LaunchGood is a global crowdfunding platform that supports Muslims in launching good across the world by helping them raise funds for their campaigns. We believe Muslims can be a wellspring of solutions and have incredible values to share with the world. We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to support our executive team effectively.

Position Overview:
The Administratibe Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executive team. This includes managing schedules, handling correspondence, and managing confidential information. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent multitasking abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Deliverables:

  • Communication Management: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Confidential Information Handling: Manage and handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Project Assistance: Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations, and oversee special projects as assigned.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between executives and other departments or external partners.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an admin assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional overtime.
