About the Role

We're building a world-class financial product and we have an ambitious vision and roadmap that will require a keen focus on delivery. Our team is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Delivery Lead to join our team in Toronto. You're a detail oriented task master and are familiar with the complexity of delivery in the financial services context.  You understand how to manage multiple projects at once, how to deal with integration, how to manage all forms of stakeholders and how to add value to the delivery process.  You are not content free, you understand the functional landscape of financial services and want to put that knowledge to work to get things done. 

Requirements

• Work closely with the development team and internal and external stakeholders to align delivery planning and execution;
• Operate as part of a cross functional team with the ability work hands on and in collaboration with small teams;
• Understand how financial services firms operate, knowing the realities of integration and delivery;
• You can operate in a startup environment and work with large corporate environments and can translate and align between these worlds;
• Understand, refine and further the Koho product and technology roadmap and facilitate roadmap management as it continues to evolve;
• Minimum 10 years experience; 
• Communicate internally and externally on delivery related processes, major design decisions and timelines - ensure that all parties can match the cadence of delivery;
• Track metrics, budgets and KPIs and help to ensure that delivery is tight.
