Position Overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist to unlock valuable insights from our extensive datasets to inform strategic decisions and enhance our educational products. The role focuses on managing data workflows, from preparation and analysis to implementing machine learning models to refine our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and architectures.
• Design and implement internal and business intelligence dashboards.
• Execute statistical analyses and employ machine learning techniques to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Enhance data collection procedures and extend our data with third-party sources as necessary.
• Design robust APIs using Python to support various applications.
• Innovate by exploring and integrating Generative AI applications within our systems.

Requirements

• Experience with common data science toolkits, such as Python, NumPy, TensorFlow, etc.
• Experience with data visualization tools, mainly Power BI.
• Proficiency in data science toolkits such as Python, NumPy, TensorFlow, etc.
• Skilled in data visualization, particularly with Power BI.
• Strong database management skills with MySQL and NoSQL; familiarity with Elasticsearch.
• Competent in Python scripting and API development with FastAPI.
• Solid statistical foundation and a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with Generative AI and its applications in business contexts, including prompt engineering and model evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen grasp of mathematics and statistics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Arabic Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Google Analytics is advantageous.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential.
