We’re looking for our first full-time marketing hire to help define and execute on a marketing plan for our different product lines. We focus on helping Millennials/Gen-Z launch careers in tech and have an opportunity to massively grow the number of people our products can impact. Your work will directly contribute to accelerating our growth.

You will be instrumental in contributing to defining our 1 to 3 year business strategy, developing annual marketing plans, and working cross-functionally to drive growth for the business. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be leading our growth strategies across our different product lines, building the content, campaign and optimization strategy to hit our goals.

This is a full-time remote salaried position.

What you will do

As a Marketing Manager, you will use your knowledge and experience activating and efficiently scaling campaigns, launch relevant content to fuel awareness, get deep on analytics, U/X and A/B testing to maximize application rates and be up for filling in the gaps. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day campaign optimizations across paid acquisition channels (Social / Search) to drive increased applications and ultimately students
  • Develop, launch and scale campaigns to support user acquisition across two main product lines (Concordia Bootcamps, Bluebird)
  • Leading channel testing with an aim to identify efficiency, incrementality and scalability to diversify channel mix
  • Leading content creation including static and video formats to ensure creative is refreshed and optimized against our data-driven creative testing framework
  • Optimize conversion funnels on landing page experiences through quantitative and qualitative testing from acquisition to customer marketing
  • Direct data analysis, and interpretation of market, campaign and backend data for short- and long-term campaign, performance, budgets, ROI and forecasts.
  • Work with and manage media partners and freelancers (designers, paid media specialists, developers, etc.)
  • Propose and lead monthly marketing budget planning and strategy meetings
  • Create and communicate performance reports for key stakeholders

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Deep experience with paid campaign tools including Facebook Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads
  • Proficiency in GA, GTM, Google Optimize, Wordpress, and HubSpot
  • Successful management of paid social and search channels at a B2C brand or ad agency.
  • You are analytical and metrics driven with strong copywriting skills along with a hunger to test and experiment with new and innovative ideas
  • You have strong communication skills and comfort and experience working closely with senior leadership
  • Preferred: Expertise in PPC, SEM, SEO. Knowledge of UX/UI Design.
