 Compensation Package

·      Wage is dependent on experience and hours towards apprenticeship

·      Enrolment in the following after 90 days:

 Duties & Responsibilities

·      Work in conjunction with JA Tech’s team to perform maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, repair, specialized installation, commissioning, & start-up of low, medium, & high voltage equipment & apparatus associated with an electrical power system

·      Conduct work in a manner prescribed by JA Tech’s OHS & E Manual

·      Comply with Electrical Code, safety standards, & other applicable legislation

·       Perform other duties as required

 Skills & Qualifications

·     Valid apprentice card

·     Valid Fall Protection

·    GMSA is an asset

·     Strong interpersonal, communication, & problem-solving skills

·     High voltage terminations and/or Fiber experience is considered an asset

·      Industrial Site experience 

·      Self-motivates with a pro-active attitude & ability to pitch in & do what is required

·      Willingness to travel regularly to job sites

·      Must be legally entitled to work in Canada Conduct work in a manner prescribed by JA Tech’s Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Manual

·        Comply with Electrical Code, safety standards, & other applicable legislation

·         Valid Class 5 driver’s license
