Rehabilitation Technician

JOB PURPOSE

Providing professional care to patients in coordination with the practitioners recommended plan of care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and recommend plans of care
• Review referrals 
• Manage schedule 
• Maintain the cleanliness of the rehabilitation room
• Provide strength training programs with patients 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Anatomy knowledge 
• Experience in the medical field considered an asset 
• Works well in a team environment and independently 
• Interest in research 

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Hours for this position vary from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Physically demanding, standing for long periods
• Fast pace working environment
