JOB PURPOSE


Admin Assistant is the first point of contact therefore, they are to greet the client, make the client feel welcome while directing their inquiry and assist where needed.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage schedule for each provider
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Respond to email and fax inquiries
  • Billing, including cash sales and insurance
  • Assist in the sale of axillary services, laser, rehab, supplementation and bracing
  • Assist patient coordinator when necessary


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Office Administration Diploma
  • Fast pace working environment
  • Skills including; time management, organization, written and verbal communication


WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Hours for this position vary from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Fast pace working environment
