About The Job:
We are on the hunt for a Junior SEM / PPC Manager to add to our close-knit team. Candidates should have 1-2 years of professional experience managing successful Search Engine Marketing campaigns. We will be looking for some show & tell where you dazzle us with campaigns that you have created and executed, with some impressive results to back it up. We are also looking for people who can track these campaigns in Google Analytics, or other analytics tools. The Junior SEM / PPC Manager will apprentice underneath our Senior SEM / PPC Manager, which will provide ample opportunity for you to learn the ropes on a portfolio of client accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation, successful implementation, and ongoing optimization of digital display and PPC campaigns for our clients
  • Manage budgets and bids for multiple platforms including Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
  • Manage Remarketing/Display campaigns in Google Display Network and third party platforms
  • Campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns
  • Keyword research (discovery and expansion), review and editing of ad creative/copy, review and analysis of website performance metrics, and optimization of campaigns
  • Conducting, measuring, and implementing the results of A/B tests for ad copy and targeting
  • Data compilation and creation of detailed campaign monthly performance and trend reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Create, coordinate, and QA all aspects of client tracking codes on site
  • Assist with campaign strategy development, including proposal development
  • Performing traffic analysis in Google Analytics related to paid digital traffic and other sources / mediums

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience managing paid digital campaigns (or equivalent experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree - marketing or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of search marketing landscape, online marketing tactics and emerging trends
  • Ability to follow precise procedures with microscopic attention to detail
  • Adept problem-solver and adaptive personality - willing and able to learn new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid data analysis experience and familiarity with reporting software is a plus
  • Energy and enthusiasm for the success of our clients
