Phoenix was found with his sister Faith in the most horrific condition. They had been kept in small rusty cages for years and had been so neglected that their fur was matted solid full of excrement, smelling revolting. They were almost unrecognizable as dogs.

He has made a remarkable turnaround. After an enormous groom which took hours under sedation, Phoenix is not only looking so much better but he is feeling so much happier too. He has started to come out of his shell and is displaying real character and confidence. He is playful, loves walks and loves being with people.

Phoenix would love a home where someone is around and he can spend much of the day on their lap. Phoenix does get on well with the other dogs at the land but he would also be happy as the only dog in the house getting full attention from his new family.

Sex: Male
Approximate Age: 4 years old
Weight: 5.5kg

Ideal Home
Phoenix could be rehomed with Faith but he would also do very well as the only dog in the house. This could actually be preferable for him.

To adopt a dog from Thailand, the approximate costs are between USD $2,000-$3,500. This could fluctuate slightly depending on the destination, the weight of the dog, and the airline; however, we will always be 100% transparent with the costs and would let you know immediately should any changes need to be made.

Should you be successful in adopting one of our dogs, we will require a deposit of $500. This fee will cover living arrangements until their departure, vaccines and paperwork.

The final payment will be used for their travel crate, transportation fees to Bangkok (where the dogs will need to stay for 2-3 nights for a final vet visit and flight certificate), and the flight to their forever home.
