Hourly Rate: $21.00–$23.00/hour based on experience
On Site: Monday – Friday (5:00am – 2:00pm)
Reports to: Warehouse Manager

How You’ll Be Contributing: Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead daily receiving operations, including scheduling inbound deliveries and prioritizing workload
  • Verify accuracy of incoming shipments against packing lists, BOLs, and purchase orders
  • Oversee unloading, staging, and put-away processes to ensure timely and efficient product flow
  • Ensure proper use of RF scanners and accurate system updates
  • Train, coach, and support receiving team members
  • Monitor receiving accuracy and productivity metrics; escalate discrepancies when needed
  • Communicate effectively with purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse leadership regarding issues or delays
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving dock area
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory investigations as required
  • Ensure all safety protocols and SOPs are followed at all times

Qualification requirements:

  • 2+ years of warehouse experience; receiving experience strongly preferred
  • Prior lead or team-leadership experience is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of receiving processes, documentation, and inventory systems
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable means of transportation to and from the job site
