Hackworks is looking for an energetic person to assist our team in the area of Business Development. The candidate will be working directly with our CEO and Director of Client Services.


Responsibilities will include:


- Conduct lead generation for new clients, identifying new targets and key decision makers

- Qualifying new sales leads and conducting presentations for new sales leads

- Assist in contract negotiation

- Assist in entire deal cycle from lead generation to closing of new contracts

- Assist in selling additional services and packages to existing clients

- Maintaining relationships with existing clients

- Track sales metrics

- Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis


Skills required:


- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Sales or Business Development

- Strong sales acumen and proven track record

- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently

- Excellent creative thinking and technical skills

- Experience with all relevant social media networks

- Familiar with digital marketing tools, digital advertising platforms and web analytics platforms
