Lawn Care Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining residential and/or commercial properties by performing routine lawn care services. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and other lawn treatments safely and effectively
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as blowers
• Monitor lawn health and identify issues such as pests, disease, or irrigation problems
• Follow scheduled routes and complete jobs efficiently and on time
• Communicate professionally with clients when on-site
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lawn care or a related field is an asset
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license (preferred or required depending on role)
• Knowledge of turf management
• Pesticide Application Certificate essential
