Graphic Designer

Glow Digital are looking for a creative graphic designer to join our agency. You will work as part of a small digital marketing team to supply required graphics to specifications and limitations and ensuring brand guidelines are followed. You should possess a real drive for excellence and have the ability to come up with new design ideas to support brand growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating compelling, engaging and dynamic social assets for our clients
• Designing web advertising banners
• Email design
• Building website assets
• Helping with website UI and UX improvements

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of previous experience within a similar role
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (3D skills would be a bonus)
• Impeccable attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and best practises across various media platforms

· Staying up to date on design trends and industry developments

· Photography and video skills would be a bonus

· Time management skills and the ability to work quickly and to tight deadlines

· Ability to accept and deliver feedback, naturally collaborative and open

· Able to work in a fast-evolving start-up environment

· Thai national with good English skills
