Employment Type: Full time and Part time seasonal employment (approximately April-November)

Overview
Braestone club is seeking dedicated Turf Maintenance Workers to join our Turf team for the upcoming season. This role is essential to maintaining remarkable playing conditions and ensuring an enjoyable experience for members and guests.

The successful candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. This is a hands-on position that involves early mornings and working in a professional golf course setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily course maintenance duties including mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
• Rake bunkers, trim around hazards, and maintain landscaped areas
• Assist with course setup, including hole changing and tee marker placement
• Operate and maintain turf equipment safely and efficiently
• Repair divots, ball marks, and other turf damage
• Follow all safety procedures and environmental best practices
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to uphold Braestone Club’s high standards

Skills

• Previous golf course or landscape maintenance experience is an asset, but not required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of performing manual labor (lifting, walking, standing for extended periods)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license is an asset but not required

Work Schedule

• Early morning 
• Flexible schedules
• Part Time is 15-30 hours per week. Includes weekends as necessary
• Full Time is 40 hours per week

Pay: $16.60-$18.00  depending on experience

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
