  • Create and maintain drawings including site plans, grading concepts, hardscape layouts, details, elevations, and technical documentation
  • Assist in developing and coordinating permit and approval packages, documentation, and project requirements
  • Collaborate with Landscape Architects, designers, estimators, project managers, and construction teams to ensure drawings align with project scope and build methods
  • Support material takeoffs, drawing updates, revisions, and field-driven adjustments as projects progress
  • Create and maintain organized job folders for each project, ensuring drawings, approvals, revisions, and supporting documentation are properly filed, current, and accessible to the team
  • Maintain organized project files, drawing standards, and technical templates
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors as needed to confirm specifications, materials, and constructability
  • Assist with reviewing project information, site conditions, and identifying potential conflicts before construction begins
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal drafting systems, workflows, and efficiencies

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related technical design program
  • 2+ years of experience in drafting or technical design (landscape, architecture, construction, or design-build environment preferred)

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across design and construction teams
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and pride in producing high-quality technical work

  • Full health and dental benefits
  • RRSP matching
  • Annual budget for professional development and continuing education
  • Cell phone
