At Geller’s, we don’t just build landscapes, we transform how people live at home. We’re looking for a Marketing Brand & Content Manager to lead the way we show up in Winnipeg by owning the strategy and execution of our content and social media for a premium design-build landscape company.
Reporting to the Chief of Marketing & People, you’ll work alongside a Visual Content Lead to turn real projects into stories people remember in a hands-on role. From scroll-stopping reels and behind-the-scenes moments, to finished project reveals that build trust and demand. If you love premium content, big ideas, and creating momentum for a brand people genuinely recognize, this role is for you.
This role requires consistent social execution (not just strategy), including posting, caption writing, storytelling through reels and stories, and staying organized enough to keep momentum going during both peak season. Your work will directly support our mission: to become a household name in Winnipeg and surrounding areas, known for exceptional design, flawless execution, and outdoor spaces people are proud to live in!!

What You’ll Own:
- Geller’s brand voice and storytelling
- Monthly and seasonal content planning
- Social media execution (publishing, captions, engagement)
- Campaign coordination and performance reporting
- Working closely with our Visual Content Lead to turn projects into content
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute Gellers’ content and social media strategy across the year, building and managing a monthly + seasonal content calendar
- Publish content consistently while maintaining a 4–6 week rolling content plan (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), ensuring the brand stays active, premium, and top-of-mind
- Write high-performing captions, develop clear story arcs for reels, manage stories weekly, and engage with the community in a way that builds trust and grows reach month-over-month
- Turn real projects into compelling brand storytelling (before/after, process, designer moments, education) that drives demand
- Coordinate shoot schedules, shot lists, and creative priorities with the Visual Content Lead to ensure content is captured efficiently, delivered on time, and aligned with campaign goals
- Lead the day-to-day content workflow: requesting assets, organizing files, tracking deliverables, and ensuring nothing gets stuck or missed
- Drive campaign execution for key initiatives such as trade shows, seasonal pushes, brand awareness campaigns, and potential sponsorships/partnerships
- Collaborate with leadership to support Gellers’ biggest goal: becoming a household name in Winnipeg and surrounding areas by the end of 2026
- Track performance weekly/monthly (reach, saves, shares, traffic, inquiries, video performance) and continuously improve content direction based on what is working
- Maintain content standards and brand consistency across all outputs, ensuring the Gellers feed feels cohesive, premium, and instantly recognizable
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing
- Strong graphic design skills with Canva experience required
- Social media content creation and management
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Passion for high quality visuals and premium brand standards
- Comfortable owning a calendar and making decisions independently
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekend or evening events as needed
- Experience with SEO strategies and website management would be considered an asset
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, year-round employment
- Monday to Friday (some weekends and evenings for events)
