The Opportunity
After 5+ years in the field, you know contaminated sites inside and out. You've led Phase II ESAs, managed groundwater sampling programs, and navigated complex remediation projects. This isn't your typical desk job. As our Field Team Manager, you'll be the vital link between boots-on-the-ground operations and strategic planning, ensuring our teams have everything they need to succeed while maintaining our uncompromising safety standards.

What Sets You Apart
Technical Foundation
- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in environmental science, engineering, or related field
- Professional designation (P.Ag., P.Biol., P.Eng., P.Geo.) or eligibility
- Experience in including Tier 2 Assessments, SSRAs, and SST Assessments is considered an asset
- Deep knowledge of Alberta Tier 1/2 Guidelines, Saskatchewan EQGs, and PNG045 Directive
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing team members.
Industry Expertise
- 3+ years in upstream/midstream oil & gas reclamation and remediation
- Fluent in CCME standards and Western Canadian regulatory frameworks
- Current certifications: CSO, First Aid/CPR, WHMIS, H2S Alive, TDG, Ground Disturbance
