1. The data controller of your personal data related to recruiting process is Gamekit S.A. with registered office at Koszykowa 61, 00-667 commercial number 0000698534 (hereinafter: "Data controller").

2. The purpose of processing your personal data by the Data controller is the performance of recruiting process for job position specified in the announcement.

3. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent granted for performing recruiting process.

4. Providing personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide personal data will prevent the Data controller from processing your personal data for recruiting process.

5. The recipients of your personal data, meaning the entities to which Data controller may disclose personal data, may be in particular:

  • accounting or audit companies that conduct accounting or payroll accounting or provide auditing services to the Data controller,
  • training companies,
  • doctors or medical facilities that carry out periodic medical examinations or other similar,
  • transport or courier companies,
  • banks,
  • law offices providing legal services to the Data controller,
  • IT companies (including suppliers of cloud software) and companies providing support and management of the Data controller IT infrastructure.

6. Your personal data will be kept for a period up to 1 year.

7. You have the right to access your personal data, rectify them, remove or limit processing, if there are any legal and factual grounds for doing so. You also have the right to transfer data processed in automated processing systems and to oppose processing.

8. In the situation where the processing of your personal data takes place on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing which has been made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body controlling the processing of personal data.
