The Role
We’re hiring a Senior MES Product Specialist as part of our Customer Success team to lead customer implementations, act as a technical authority on MES deployments, and shape adoption, implementation and support of our product based on real-world manufacturing environments.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining implementation leadership, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work directly with manufacturing customers to deploy and optimize MES solutions in production-critical settings.
What You’ll Own
1) Customer Implementation Leadership (Primary Focus)
- Lead end-to-end MES implementations across customer sites
- Translate manufacturing processes into scalable system configurations
- Act as a trusted advisor on implementation best practices and shop floor workflows
- Own delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent projects
2) Technical Expertise & Customer Support
- Serve as the senior technical point of contact for complex customer issues
- Support escalations and participate in our on-call rotation
- Ensure fast, accurate resolution of production-impacting issues
3) Product Feedback & Improvement
- Act as the Voice of the Customer to Product, Engineering and Sales teams
- Identify gaps, risks, and feature opportunities based on real-world use
- Support testing of new features, bug fixes, and releases
4) Cross-Functional Contribution
- Support Customer Success in partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales to improve delivery and product quality
- Contribute to internal process improvements and strategic initiatives
- Help scale implementation and support best practices across the team

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong analytical and operational skills, direct experience in the manufacturing industry (Automotive is a bonus), previous use or administration of MES systems, knowledge of ERP systems and be technically savvy and comfortable using many different systems.
Core Experience
- 5–10+ years working with MES systems in manufacturing environments
- Direct experience leading or owning MES implementations
- Strong understanding of shop floor operations, production workflows, and data structures
- Experience integrating MES with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, CMS) and other enterprise tools (e.g., CMMS, Logistics)
Technical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to translate real-world manufacturing processes into system design
- Comfortable troubleshooting complex, production-critical issues
- Experience working across multiple systems and technologies
Customer-Facing Experience
- Proven ability to work directly with customers in technical roles
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to build trust and credibility in high-stakes environments

- Located in North America
- Remote role with global collaboration across time zones
- On-call rotation required (shared across the team; focused on critical issues)
- Travel is limited but may be required for key implementations
