2) Technical Expertise & Customer Support

  • Serve as the senior technical point of contact for complex customer issues
  • Support escalations and participate in our on-call rotation
  • Ensure fast, accurate resolution of production-impacting issues

3) Product Feedback & Improvement

  • Act as the Voice of the Customer to Product, Engineering and Sales teams
  • Identify gaps, risks, and feature opportunities based on real-world use
  • Support testing of new features, bug fixes, and releases

4) Cross-Functional Contribution

  • Support Customer Success in partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales to improve delivery and product quality
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and strategic initiatives
  • Help scale implementation and support best practices across the team

What Success Looks Like

  • Successful delivery of multiple MES implementations in complex manufacturing environments
  • High customer adoption and satisfaction post-implementation
  • Creating customer excitement and loyalty
  • Reduced escalations through strong system design and proactive problem-solving
  • Meaningful contributions to product improvements based on customer insights
  • Increased implementation efficiency and repeatability over time

Technical & Problem-Solving Skills

  • Ability to translate real-world manufacturing processes into system design
  • Comfortable troubleshooting complex, production-critical issues
  • Experience working across multiple systems and technologies

Customer-Facing Experience
