- 5+ years of progressive human resources experience in a business partnering or HR leadership role, including experience as a senior HR generalist or HR Business Partner; prior experience as the sole HR practitioner is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders, providing practical and strategic guidance on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and organizational growth.
- Strong working knowledge of Ontario employment legislation, health and safety requirements, and HR best practices.
- Experience across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and offboarding.
- Highly self-directed with the ability to independently own the HR function while balancing strategic priorities and day-to-day execution.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across the organization.
What We Have to Offer You:
- Competitive base salary ($90,000-$115,000)
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Annual Health Care Spending Account (HCSA)
