Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator

Hours: M-F (8am-5:00pm)

Pay Rate: $22.00-25.00/hr dependent on experience

Location: Verona, Virginia 24482


Flow Hydration is seeking a Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Verona, VA. In this position you will be responsible for managing Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) inventory at the site level and act as a focal point for acquisition, scheduling and distribution of materials, supplies and service requisitions. The main scope is for maintenance jobs; however, the scope might be broader. The primary elements are to purchase, process and expedite materials.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing or related experience required

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes, establish and manages MRO inventory levels
  • Maintains MRO inventory Records
  • Critical Spare Part Definition
  • Parameters for a Critical spare part
  • Submit purchase orders and RFQs
  • Executes Order Recommendation process
  • Handles reservations and backorders for MRO inventory items
  • Sets up new items for inventory
  • Executes MRO inventory replenishments
  • Analyzes surplus/obsolete materials or equipment and initiates investment recovery process
  • Monitors supplier performances regarding timelines and completeness of deliveries
  • Generates data and reports for users
  • Acquires spare parts required, based on risk assessment results
  • Performs technical identification of new and/or existing MRO materials
  • Acts as problem solver for technical aspects on MRO materials
  • Participates in standardization of MRO materials
  • Initiates supply chain improvements
  • Assist the business in articulating the business MRO supply strategy.
  • Serves as the focal point responsible for the Generation of Code requests for inventoried and non -inventoried MRO material

Capabilities Required for this Role (Knowledge Skills & Abilities):

  • Executes Order Recommendation process
  • Understands logic behind inventory replenishments
  • Understands systems (such as Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)) support functions: ie. Changes to programs, functionality and testing
  • Able to provide technical identification of new and/or existing MRO materials
  • Works with the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Planner to identify and classify spare parts
  • Participates in Risk Assessment (Spare parts reviews, spare parts Management of Change process)
  • Strong attention to detail, process development and organizational management
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • MS Office proficiency; Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Knowledge of regulatory, environmental, GMP requirements
