Google Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer

We are looking for a Google Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team in Sfax and collaborate closely with our UK-based team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and maintaining Google Cloud infrastructure environments. You will investigate incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, ensure platform availability, and contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud operations and infrastructure reliability.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service requests
• Support platform reliability, performance, and security
• Assist with cloud deployments, configurations, and operational activities
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues
• Document technical procedures and support activities

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience in infrastructure support, cloud operations, or system administration
• Good understanding of networking, Linux/Windows systems, and cloud technologies
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Professional proficiency in English

• This position operates on a shift-based schedule
• The working day may start as early as 6:00 AM to ensure alignment with operational and client support requirements
