AI Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented AI Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and software development, with a strong interest in applying AI technologies to financial services and digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-based applications for FinTech products and services.
• Build and optimize Machine Learning and Generative AI models.
• Integrate AI solutions into web, mobile, and enterprise applications through APIs and microservices.
• Develop intelligent assistants, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of AI applications.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Engineer's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
• Experience with Python programming.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as:
• • TensorFlow
  • PyTorch
  • Scikit-learn
  • LangChain (preferred)
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Experience with REST APIs and backend development.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
• Understanding of software development best practices, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.

FinTech Knowledge (Preferred)

• Understanding of financial services, investment banking operations, compliance, or risk management.
• Interest in applying AI to financial analysis, fraud detection, customer service automation, or process optimization.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills (english and french).
• Curiosity and passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
