Salesforce Developer

Main Mission:

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and customizing solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet clients' needs. They will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure a smooth integration of Salesforce features and optimize the user experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze clients’ needs and draft functional and technical specifications.
• Design and develop customized solutions on Salesforce.
• Manage Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Ensure the integration of Salesforce with other systems and platforms via APIs, connectors, or third-party tools.
• Support users in adopting Salesforce by providing training and technical support.
• Conduct testing and validation of developments, ensuring they function correctly and meet requirements.
• Maintain and update existing Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (developers, project managers, etc.) and clients to ensure project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Significant experience in implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and features.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development languages.
• Experience with API integrations and Salesforce integration tools.
• Ability to draft clear and precise functional and technical documents.
• Project management skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, etc.) are a plus.
