Role:

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, the Warehouse Associate plays an important role in supporting daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and loading premium beverages and kegs while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout the warehouse.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure our Fleet and Operations teams are equipped with the products they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

This position is scheduled for the Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure that customer orders are received, stored, picked, and shipped in a timely fashion, within prescribed metrics, following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

· Perform all duties following all safety protocols and reporting all unsafe/maintenance issues to the manager’s attention.

· Ensure proper counting and coding of inbound and outbound freight.

· Assist in the investigation process of any product variances.

· Support operations in processing returns.

· Attend work on time on all scheduled days.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Promote a positive, collaborative, engaging, safe workplace culture, evaluating the environment daily at shift start to confirm safety compliant.

· Oversee power equipment operators, ensuring proper and safe operation.

· Support Operational leadership team in ongoing projects and initiatives

· Ability to lift 70 lbs (frequent lifting between 20-40 lbs)
