Role Impact: As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding Fable’s reach by developing and nurturing relationships with key wholesale, retail, and hospitality partners. You will own the end-to-end sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships. Reporting to the CEO, this role is ideal for a strategic and relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.


What You'll Do:

  • Build and execute a sales strategy to expand Fable’s B2B and wholesale presence across North America and the UK, with a focus on independent retailers, hospitality groups, and select larger accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing partners, understanding their needs and presenting Fable as the ideal solution.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to negotiation, contract management, and onboarding.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of partner orders.
  • Represent Fable at industry events, trade shows, and in-person client meetings.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and key growth initiatives.


What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships—preferably within consumer goods, homeware, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • A strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • A strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to sales and growth. Writing an index match is your go-to formula.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and a knack for staying organized.
  • A passion for design, sustainability, and creating meaningful customer experiences.
